Is always available for emergency assistance for our oxygen patients after hours - We call it "Customer Care." Fast, reliable and efficient, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year!
Discharge Assistance
We work directly with physicians and hospital discharge planners to insure a smooth transition from hospital care to homecare with regard to durable medical equipment.
Patient Instruction and Training
A trained staff of service technician professionals insures that each patient is fully trained in the operation and care of equipment.
Delivery Service
Valley Homecare delivers equipment, and performs setup and patient instruction at no additional cost.
Reimbursement Management
Our experienced team of reimbursement specialists manages all types of insurance billing for patients, including Medicare and SBHA Medi/cal and most other major insurance companies. Whenever possible, we determine insurance coverage levels before any equipment is delivered to alleviate unexpected bills. We determine medical benefits, file claims, and accept payment directly from insurance companies.
